Welcome to the Dornheim Anatomy Wiki
Here we show you the anatomy of the human being using individual data sets. The images and the annotated 3D models were prepared from real CT and MRI data. With this wiki we do not only want to provide data, but also collect data from experts and patients in order to increase the wealth of knowledge with different forms of human anatomy and disease patterns.
Expand your own knowledge and make your own contribution.
This website is based on the results of a very successful cooperation of Dornheim Medical Images GmbH with the Institute for Anatomy of the University Hospital Magdeburg and the Chair for Visualization of the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg. This project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Ecnomic Affairs and Energy and is based on the 3D technology of the Dornheim Segmenter, which can also be tested on your own computer.
Premium access: Here you can get a spatial idea
Experience anatomy in 3D!
The embedded WebViewer enables a three-dimensional impression of real body structures and the fading in of CT or MRI data sets. With the help of the various tools, you can display labels or view organs from different angles to enhance your spatial imagination.
With the exercises you can put your acquired knowledge to the test. Do you still know the structure even when you see it from a different perspective?
