In the case that the data you provide to us is also or exclusively processed by Facebook, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, is the data controller in the sense of the GDPR in addition to us or in our place. For this purpose, we have concluded an agreement with Facebook pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO on joint responsibility for the processing of data (Controller Addendum). This agreement specifies the data processing operations for which we or Facebook are responsible when you visit our Facebook fan page.
